2002

SIBF inaugurated the successful Central Eurasia Leadership Academy (CELA). The CELA program annually brings young leaders from Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan together for 10 days of intensive training at Koç University in Istanbul. There are now 550 members in the CELA network

2010

SIBF established the Middle East Leadership Academy (Mela) to extend development opportunities to a host of young leaders across 14 countries in the MENA region.

2014

SIBF launched the Southeast Asia Leadership Academy [SEALA]. SEALA annually supports up and coming leaders from 9 countries in that region. The growing network currently consists of 75 members.
